REST DAY!! 

Diet (updated throughout the day)

6:30am - 12pm 
40 oz water
1 cup coconut watersoy yogurt with granola 
1 mini reese's 
3 sour patch kids pieces
cliff bar builders bar
cup chai tea with 1 stevia packet


12pm - 6pm
40 oz water
Dairy free ravioli 
1 baked sweet potato 

6pm - bedtime
20 oz water
Life Alive wrap - whole wheat tortilla, broccoli, avocado, 1 egg, cheese
2 oranges
arugula salad with beets, blue cheese crumbles, olive oil and vinegar
