3 mile easy incline walk on treadmill

 stretch and mobility to prep for comp tomorrow

6:30am - 12pm 
60 oz water
soy yogurt with granola 
1 rice cake with PB
3 handfuls trail mix (almonds, pistachios, dried cherries and dried cranberries)

12pm - 6pm
20 oz water
Dairy free ravioli


6pm - bedtime
oz water
