WOD

1. Front Squat
EMOM 4
2 reps@75-80% 145

EMOM 4
1 rep@85-90% 165 (accidentally did 2 reps for each round)

3. Amrap 10
5 cleans@115-135/80-95 95# for first round, 90# for rest
7 chest to bar pull-ups was getting up high enough, but kept forgetting to throw chest out. Last round my chest actually touched the bar 4-5 reps. 
9 burpees  

3 rounds + 19 reps

Afterwards did 10 minutes of mobility. Wanted to do ring rows and GHD sit-ups but I ran out of time 


I was unhappy with my WOD results, so went back in the afternoon to give it another shot. Of course I ripped in two places during the 2nd round of C2Bs (ughhhh, I was so frustrated I almost cried lol). So I had to switch to ring rows. My score improved, mostly because of the switch to ring rows, but partially because I pushed myself more and did the burpees and cleans at a faster pace.Overall, I’m glad I went back. It would have haunted me the rest of the day if I didn’t!

12pm - 6pm
 60 oz water
2 cups coconut water
dairy free tofu ravioli 
1 baked sweet potato
4 mini recess cups

6pm - bedtime
 30 oz water
small quesadilla (2 small corn tortillas with cheese) 
Huevos rancheros (2 corn tortillas, cheese, 2 eggs, black beans) 
Mahi magi burger patty with half avocado 
Arugula salad with blue cheese crumbles, beets and olive oil and vinegar
1 cup coconut water
