WOD

1. 3 rounds
3-5 ring/bar muscle-ups or 6-10 c2b/pull-ups ripped yesterday so did 10 ring rows per round
3-6 handstand push-ups 3/4/4 with 2 ab mats
10 pistols(u may use a box to stand on or sit to) 10 pistols per round, holding onto foot
Not for time. 

2. EMOM 30 
first min = row :30 for max meters(pull no higher than lower chest) we did calories instead of meters, 92 cals
second min = :30 seconds of box jumps@24/20 135 reps
third min = :30 seconds of sto@115/80 108 reps @ 80# 

I enjoyed this EMOM! Tried to stay consistent with my reps, calories were 9 or 10 each round, bj's were 13/14 and STO were 10/11. 

15 minutes mobility 


Diet (updated throughout the day)

5am - 12pm 
60 oz water
Cliff Bar Builders Bar 
soy yogurt with granola 
cup chai tea with 1 stevia packet

12pm - 6pm
 40 oz water
cup black tea with 1 stevia packet
breakfast tacos; 2 eggs, 2 corn tortillas, half avocado and sprinkling of cheese
bowl split pea soup

6pm - bedtime
 20 oz water
2 cups coconut water
Indian food: half naan bread, half cup rice, 3/4 cup palak paneer

I need to eat more fruits and fresh veggies!!!
