Tuesday 2.11.14

didn't know it until today, but I can do pistols without holding on to my toes! They don't look great, but I was excited that I could do them. So I was able to add some weight onto them, 18lbs. Not much, but an improvement nonetheless! 

WOD 3 (from competition this weekend) 8 Minutes 50 Calorie Row 40 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 30 Wall Ball 20/14 (10’ for both men and women) Double-unders in remaining time *Bonus reps may be accumulated in this WOD by completing either the KBS or the wall balls in one unbroken set. For each unbroken set you will receive 25 extra double-unders added to your score.

Did the kbs unbroken, and did 61 double unders in remaining time. Therefore I got 86 double unders in all. My right ankle was feeling sore from the rebounding box jumps I did yesterday. I'm going to take the next couple days off and give my ankle a rest before saturday. Will do mobility until saturday, probably a light row on Friday.
