WOD
“Burpified Chipper”
Row 1500m
50 Box Jumps
40 Burpees
30 Pull-ups
20 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Burpee Pull-ups
This was an awesome WOD! I did rebounding box jumps, and took 4, 3 second breaks at 15 reps, 25 reps, 35 reps and 45 reps. I did similar 5 second breaks to break-up the other reps as well. It helped propel me to the lead and finished in 16:44

Clean and Jerk 3 reps at 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80% of 1RM
