bent knees with hands by my sides. have to work on my core strength!

5 rounds + 5 reps
was worried about the 80#, but I powered through it! Did much better than I thought I would.

amy's lentil soup 
1 rice cake with peanut butter
protein shake

6:00pm - bedtime 
32 oz water
1 cup coconut water 
2 eggs, cheddar cheese, black beans
whoopie pie
string cheese
1/2 cup rice and 5 veggie chicken tenders
