very frustrating workout today. My grip was shot after the first round. I couldn't hold onto the darn barbell for more than two reps!! The same with the toes-to-bar. Was doing 2 at a time. ughh. I was so frustrated. I could have gone so much harder, but my forearms weren't having it. And then on the HSPU, oh goodness, my kip and press was not coinciding, I was pressing too late. So near the end I was doing 1 at a time. I was the last one to finish, I was super embarrassed  I had to choke down tears after! A friend reminded me, sometimes we have our off days. Today was definitely an off day :( 

Diet (updated throughout the day)
7:00am - 12pm 
40 oz water
yogurt and granola 
lara bar
2 mini recece's

12pm - 6:00pm
80 oz water
soba noodles, red sauce and veggie sausage (wheat gluten protein)
protein shake 
lara bar

6:00pm - bedtime 
20 oz water
mahi mahi patty with half avocado 
2 oranges
arugula salad with beets and blue cheese
hot chocolate
